    The larger point is that the government should not be picking winners and losers in the food wars. Such is completely beyond Constitutional government and should be the choice of private citizens. Can you imagine the Founding Fathers debating coke versus diet coke? NO! Their concern was individual freedom. They were also v against taxes (see: the Boston Tea rebellion).
