Good to know. I don't think implementation is impossible -- I'd like to see it done at stores' initiative (apparently IKEA charged for bags before they removed them entirely). Nice.  Also, as far as the logistics of making people pay for their bags, since we have that in most of Europe I can tell you.  There are crappy plastic sacks that cost 10 cents which you have to scan and pay for like any item, so you look at your pile of groceries, estimate how many bags you need, and put them at the front of the conveyor belt, or more often just bring in the extremely study re-usable ones that they sell right next to the cheap ones..&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Sabayon</dc:creator><pubDate>Sun, 01 Feb 2009 08:28:03 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
