Although I would like to hope that people could see past this, I think you underestimate McDonald's marketing power. There was a study that showed that kids recognized Golden Arches before their own name.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2. I think the better question about McDonalds is why is a 4-piece nuggets only $1, yet 6 pieces is $2.49, 10 is $3.79, and 20 is $5.19. You could get 2 4-piece nuggets for less than a 6-piece, or save a whole 19 cents for ordering 5, 4-piece nuggets.
