Joe the doctor · 1 year agoThe human body was evolved/designed to scavenge sodium as a scarce and precious nutrient. Eating too much of it is bad for the kidneys, heart and blood vessels. If you like salty food enough to risk your health, by all means go ahead. But purveyors of dangerous food ought to warn their clients what they are eating.
